Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old to use Aethvra. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to form a binding contract. If you are using Aethvra on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at aethvra.inc@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, share your account with others, or use automated scripts to create accounts.

Aethvra supports five user roles: startup, investor, creator, expert, and freelancer. You must select the role that accurately reflects your primary use of the Platform. Misrepresenting your role to gain access to restricted features is a violation of these Terms.

Profile verification status (“ghost”, “pending”, “verified”) is determined at our discretion and may affect the features available to you. We reserve the right to request additional information before granting or maintaining verified status.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Harass, bully, stalk, or threaten other users.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any code designed to harm systems or data.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform without written permission.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Platform.
• Use the Platform to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam).
• Post content that infringes any third-party intellectual property right.
• Solicit personal or financial information from other users outside of the Platform's intended payment flows.
• Engage in market manipulation, fake investment claims, or fraudulent campaign activity.

You retain ownership of content you create and post on Aethvra. By posting content, you grant Aethvra a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute, and reproduce that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of content you post. We do not endorse any user-generated content.

Authenticated users may post anonymously subject to a rate limit of two anonymous posts per day. Anonymous posts still appear on your account internally and are subject to all content rules. Abuse of anonymous posting may result in suspension or removal of the anonymous posting privilege.

The Platform includes a wallet system and crowdfunding campaign features powered by Stripe. By using these features, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Campaign creators are responsible for delivering on any commitments made to contributors. Aethvra is a technology platform and is not a party to agreements between campaign creators and contributors. We do not guarantee any returns, outcomes, or delivery of goods or services.

All fees and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us at aethvra.inc@gmail.com.

Aethvra offers AI-powered tools (content generation, form builder, email automation, etc.) using OpenAI. These features are provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before publishing or acting on them. Aethvra is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

The Aethvra name, logo, visual design, and software code are owned by Aethvra and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed on the Platform, please send a notice to aethvra.inc@gmail.com with sufficient detail to identify the allegedly infringing material and your contact information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or conduct that harms other users or the Platform. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination, including any outstanding payment obligations.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Connections made through Aethvra between startups, investors, freelancers, creators, and experts are at your own risk. We do not vet, endorse, or guarantee any user, business, investment opportunity, or professional service advertised on the Platform.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AETHVRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aethvra and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aethvra is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for violations of intellectual property rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aethvra regarding the Platform. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining Terms will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
